Refund Policy

At Puddle Mirrors, each artwork is produced specifically for your order. Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we maintain the following Refund and Return Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Custom-Made Products

All products sold by Puddle Mirrors, including:

  • Fine Art Prints

  • Framed Fine Art Prints

  • Canvas Prints

  • Limited Edition Artwork

  • Custom Orders

are produced specifically after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect frame selection

  • Incorrect mat selection

  • Customer preference after delivery

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A reprint of the artwork

  • A refund, when appropriate

The resolution will be determined at our sole discretion based on the circumstances of the claim.

3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may provide:

  • A replacement order, or

  • A refund, at our discretion

4. Order Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after being placed.

Because of this, cancellation requests can only be accepted if production has not yet begun.

Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

5. Color and Appearance Variations

Please note that artwork may appear slightly different due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Screen calibration

  • Device display differences

  • Lighting conditions

Minor variations between on-screen images and the final printed artwork are normal and are not considered defects.

6. Return Authorization

Returns will only be accepted when specifically authorized by Puddle Mirrors.

Do not return products without prior approval.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund is the result of:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item sent by us

8. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us first if they experience any issues with an order.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution process.
