1. Order Processing
All products are made to order.
Once an order is successfully placed, it enters our production process. Orders are typically reviewed and prepared for production within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
2. Production Time
Because our artwork is custom printed for each customer, production time is required before shipping.
Estimated production times:
Fine Art Prints: 3–7 business days
Framed Fine Art Prints: 5–10 business days
Canvas Prints: 5–10 business days
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product type, or seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Time
After production is completed, shipping time will depend on the destination and carrier.

United States
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Orders
Typically 7–21 business days
Actual delivery times may vary based on:
Customs processing
Local postal services
Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Peak holiday seasons

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout unless otherwise stated.

When available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur.

We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
9. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, products may ship separately depending on:

10. Delivery Responsibility
Orders are considered delivered when the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Puddle Mirrors is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.
Customers should contact the carrier directly if delivery issues arise after delivery confirmation.
11. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted, or impractical.
If shipping to a specific location is not possible, customers will be notified and any applicable refund will be processed.
